How do I add a subscription?
Click "Add" in the navigation, then either pick a template or enter your subscription details manually. You'll need the service name, amount, currency, billing frequency, and anchor date (when it first renews).
What is an anchor date?
The anchor date is when your subscription first renews (or when it will next renew if you're setting it up for the future). CalmSub uses this to calculate all future renewal dates.
Can I track subscriptions in different currencies?
Yes, CalmSub supports multiple currencies. You can track subscriptions in GBP, USD, EUR, and other currencies. Amounts are displayed in their original currency.
How do reminders work?
CalmSub sends gentle reminders before renewals and trial endings (if you've set them up). You can customize reminder preferences in your settings.
Can I export my data?
Data export is a Pro feature coming soon. Free users can view all their data in the app at any time.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take data security seriously. Your subscription data is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
What is Subscription Intensity?
Subscription Intensity shows you which months are heavier with renewals. It helps you see patterns in your subscription spending across the year at a glance.
How do I cancel my account?
You can delete your account and all data from your settings. This action cannot be undone, so make sure you've exported any data you want to keep first.
